The Toad is all about fun and a good challenge. 
Someone once told me you can't make a wood surfboard bottom with a complex shape like a channeled bottom. I love it when someone tells me I can't do something!

So the Toad is a squaty little fun shape Kind of "eggy" rounded like a Toad so the name stuck. That's the fun part. The challenge is that it has a channeled bottom at the tail. It really isn't all that hard to pull off ( and we're here to help ) but this isn't the easiest kit in our quiver to build. If you're up for some fun and a challenge this is your kit.
