Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we ship most of our products internationally.
Items are noted if not available for international and/or noted if international shipping needs to be quoted separately.
We do NOT ship lumber internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.
Does the wood to cover the frame come with the Fishbone frame kit?
No, wood to cover the frame kits is sold separately within the contenental United States.
You can add lumber while ordering through our "package deal" menus or from our individual items menu.
How do I track my order?
Whenever possible we send you an email with a tracking number after it has shipped. If you do not recieve the email feel free to contact us for tracking info.
Do the kits and/or plans come with instructions?
